  • Mon-Thur: 12 PM to 1 PM | (Kids Class) 5 PM to 5:45 PM | 6 PM to 7 PM | 7 PM to 8 PM
  • Saturday: (Kids Class) 11 AM – 11:45 AM | (Open Gym) 12 PM – 1 P
  • Sunday: Closed
  • Personal Training: By Appointment
