We offer one on one boxing instruction, fitness programs, nutritional counseling and motivational training – packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight, finally get those six pack abs, learn self defense, improve your boxing technique or just get fit for yourself and your loved ones, Legacy Boxing Club personal training is for you!

Personal Training Hours: Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM 

Members

Personal Training: $60 /per one hour session

Non-Members

Personal Training: $70 /per one hour session
